These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of relaybooked.com and any related SMS messaging, appointment booking, or lead services provided by Relay ("Relay," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, submitting a form, or opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Relay connects homeowners seeking HVAC service appointments with independent, licensed HVAC contractors, and provides contractors with confirmed appointment leads. Relay is not itself an HVAC contractor and does not perform HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By submitting your information, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Relay related to appointment confirmations, scheduling, contractor onboarding, and related service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Homeowner Appointments

Homeowners who book a tune-up appointment through Relay agree to pay the listed appointment fee at time of booking. Relay facilitates the connection between homeowner and contractor; the actual HVAC service is performed by and is the sole responsibility of the independent contractor.

5. Contractor Participation

Contractors who sign up to receive leads through Relay represent that they hold all licenses, insurance, and certifications required by their state or local jurisdiction to perform HVAC work. Relay does not guarantee any minimum number of appointments, leads, or revenue. Participation and pricing are described separately at time of signup and may change.

6. Payments

Fees paid by homeowners and by contractors are described at the time of booking or signup. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise stated in writing by Relay.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Relay does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, licensing status, or workmanship of any contractor, nor the accuracy of any homeowner-submitted information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to HVAC work performed by a third-party contractor.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
