Relay is operated by Lan Thilakarathna Velikanje, based in Slovenia. Relay is a lead generation and appointment booking service for home service contractors in Dallas, Texas.

2. What information we collect

When you submit a lead form through a Relay Facebook ad, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your zip code (collected via SMS after form submission)
• Your urgency level and appointment preference (collected via SMS)

We do not collect email addresses, home addresses, payment information, or any sensitive personal data.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Contact you via SMS to qualify your home service request
• Schedule a home service appointment in your area
• Send you an appointment confirmation and reminder
• Connect you with a local home service contractor who will carry out the inspection

We do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond the service you requested. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. SMS communication

By submitting your phone number through our lead form, you consent to receiving SMS messages from Relay for the purpose of scheduling your home service appointment. These messages are sent via Twilio, a third-party SMS provider. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.

5. Who we share your information with

Your information may be shared with:

• Home service contractors: Once an appointment is booked, your name, phone number, zip code, and appointment time are shared with the contractor who will carry out your appointment.
• Twilio: Our SMS provider, used to send and receive text messages. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
• Meta (Facebook): Your submission is processed through Meta's Lead Ads platform. Meta's data policy applies to data collected through their platform.

We do not share your information with any other third parties.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain your personal information for up to 12 months from the date of collection, after which it is deleted. If you request deletion of your data before this period, we will action your request within 30 days.

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
